With the 110-Patch for ReVolt, Acclaim provided the editor with a new function: when you want to export your track, you're asked whether you want it to be single or double sized.

In general I don't like double sized tracks. They are far too easy to drive with the standard ReVolt cars and these are the cars a track should be for. For a double sized track I would recommend to download one of those cars with a top speed up to 60 mph. Otherwise the track will bore yourself to death. Another drawback is the stupidity of the AI cars in double sized tracks: they still brake in front of every corner and manage to get stuck in a wide open field!

So if you really want to release a double sized track, make sure you keep the multiplayer aspect in mind and playtest it with a standard car to see if it's still fun. If not, make it single size.
